How to remove and install the PCV valve on Mitsubishi Mirage?

To take off the valve, pull it up off the valve cover, twisting slightly if necessary to free it from the hose. Look over the grommet for cracks or oil leaks and replace it as necessary. To start off unplug the negative battery cable. In case of limited access, remove the air intake hose and the air cleaner assembly. If necessary, unclip the retaining clamp and remove the ventilation hose connected to PCV valve. Take out the PCV valve from the camshaft cover. For installation, place the PCV valve back in the rocker cover; if threaded, tighten it until snug. Reconnect the ventilation hose to the valve. If removed, install the air intake hose and air cleaner assembly. Finally, reconnect the negative battery cable.
