To remove the Clutch Slave Cylinder, first disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal. Subsequently, elevate the automobile and firmly support it with jack stands. Next, with a flare-nut wrench, remove the hydraulic line from the Clutch Slave Cylinder. This will prevent the corners of the fitting from being rounded off. Have rags on hand as some fluid will be lost in the process. Do not let brake fluid touch the paint as it will ruin the finish. Consequently, remove the bolts that hold the Clutch Slave Cylinder to the transaxle. To install, reverse the removal operation and fit the Clutch Slave Cylinder at the same time as tightening the bolts. Join together the hydraulic line and check the hydraulic fluid level in the reservoir adding fluid until the proper level is reached. Ultimately, release air from the clutch hydraulic system.
