Q: How to replace the Clutch Slave Cylinder on 1989 Mitsubishi Montero?
A: Raise vehicle on jackstands. Remove Clutch Slave Cylinder from the transmission bellhousing by disconnecting the hydraulic line and banjo bolt, then unbolting the cylinder. Remove dust boot and pushrod, force out piston and spring, inspect and clean. Install new piston cup from a repair kit, reassemble, fit with new banjo washers and bleed the clutch.
