How to safely remove and install Glove Box trim covers and under covers on Mitsubishi Galant?

The following trim covers can be easily scratched; take care in removing them to avoid damage. For the dashboard end caps, grasp the left end cap finger hold and pull out to detach it from the dash, then carefully detach the right end cap with a screwdriver, as it doesn't have a finger hold. Installation is the reverse of removal. For the driver's side under cover, remove the left end cap and the hood latch handle, then remove the screws to detach the under cover panel, disconnect the electrical connectors, and remove the panel.
