How to remove and install the windscreen wiper blade, wiper arm, wiper motor, and wiper linkage on Mitsubishi Lancer?

To take the wiper blade out and put it back in the wiper arm you raise the windscreen wiper arm and blade away from the windscreen until it locks in the vertical position. With a flat-bladed screwdriver, separate the linkage from the motor, note that you will not removed the arm from the motor.
