To renew bushes, begin by raising the front of the vehicle and securely supporting it on jack stands, then remove the front wheels. Next, take off the Sway Bars link nut and bolt from both sides, along with all washers, bushes, and the spacer tube, noting the order for reassembly. For the Sway Bars bracket bushes, remove the bolts holding each control arm rear pivot bush bracket to the crossmember, then lower the control arms and use wire to hold them in place to avoid damaging the ball joints. After that, remove the crossmember, and if the manufacturer's paint marks are absent, mark the installed position of the bushes relative to the Sway Bars. Remove the Sway Bars bracket bolts and the brackets, then take out the bushes from the Sway Bars. During installation, ensure the Sway Bars mounting bushes are positioned according to the noted paint marks, install the Sway Bars brackets, and tighten the retaining bolts to the specified torque. Reinstall the crossmember, push the inner ends of the control arms back into position, tighten the rear pivot bush bracket bolts to the specified torque, and loosely install the front pivot bolt. Reassemble the Sway Bars link components in the order noted during removal and install the retaining nut, tightening it until the threaded section of the Sway Bars bolt protrudes 22 mm. Finally, install the front wheels, lower the vehicle to the ground, bounce the front of the vehicle several times to stabilise the suspension and settle the bushes, then hold the front pivot bolt and tighten the nut to the specified torque with the vehicle's weight resting on the suspension.
